He is from the Mars; she from the Venus and then there is the Tantra and Kundalini in between them.

Tantra is finding and realizing harmony between the two in a couple through controlling of the sexual energies or the animal instincts hidden within. Considered to be amalgamation of other yoga, it is yet divisive form of yoga. To the roots of Tantra Yoga lies the purest form of relationship between man and his woman or a woman and her man. Thus becomes very vital for human relationship between couple to search for togetherness all the time though they both are primarily distinct. And if you thought this to be the master key to your grappling relationship or newly formed relationship for success and longevity then it might just be one, but the ultimate secret.

Enjoying togetherness for each moment is the very base of every marital relationship and this is the penultimate Tantra. You may call it respecting each other’s space with valuing your own space first with the surroundings and people around. You may call it ‘connecting’ with each other and others as well. Many times you experience that thousands of people keep on jabbering, but rarely few can connect.

Right! Tantra Yoga is all about getting connected and tuned to each other and everyone for an unknown period of time in future, or may be for the time one will breathe for the last time.

Considered to be the ultimate and holistic form of yoga, it allows one knowing the universe keeping oneself in the perspective. Like the many romantic movies with the happy ending, we all want the tag “they lived happily ever after”.

Do we really put our efforts in achieving this? Do we really try to overcome our shortcomings or ignore it in anyways? Do we ignore our partner like they do? Do we ignore the vices of our partner while we are as it is? Why do we feel the need to bring a change in our partner? These all questions sprout because every human being seeks “importance”. From the romantic Romeo to the heartless Hitler, every one strives to achieve it by some or other means. It becomes more important that everyone is every ready to have ‘importance” but rarely anyone is concerned about giving “importance”. Whether your colleague at work place or your own spouse, how often we give importance to the very “other”? Certainly a very few can do this. This means majority of us are scared of making the other person feel important, while we all constantly feel ignored.

To negate or overcome this feeling and behavior, Tantra Yoga is very helpful. If you are a religious performer of this yoga through various ‘asana’ or positions (even the sex), you can turn the hell into a heaven abode to live in. This is possible because the Tantra Yoga helps you generate the very lacking responsiveness in yourself and your partner or just anyone in your surroundings.

Benefits:

  1. Tantra yoga keeps you fit
  2. Makes oneself responsive with the spouse and other people
  3. Helps you bond with your spouse for better longevity and long married life
