The excess consumption of sugar also causes many harmful effects, it weakens the immunity system, it supplies sugar to the cancer cells and also causes cancer of breast, rectum, gallbladder, lungs, ovaries, stomach, billary tract and prostate. Sugar causes tooth decay because sugar includes large amount of acidic content which results in tooth decay and dental difficulties. Sugar also causes diabetes. The excess use of vitamin C causes thyroid reduces the thickness of the blood and also makes the bones brittle. Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin which has a antioxidant property and it is mainly found in vegetable oil and cotton seed oil, in meat, fruits, vegetables and fish.
