The medicated oils like amala, mahabhrigraj and arnica can also utilized for the same. Even daily applying the coconut oil by mixing some lime juice in it is very beneficial for the hair. Applying green coriander juice on the roots of hair is also good for healthy hair. After washing the hair rubbing the scalp vigorously is also necessary, because it activates sebaceous glands and increases the blood circulation, which is very important for healthy hair. These are very good ayurvedic hair treatment which gives sure positive results.
A nutritional and healthy diet is very much important for maintaining the hair growth. For maintaining the hair growth for long time it is advisable to consume yogurt and handful of sesame seeds everyday in morning. More green leafy vegetables, milk, fruits, salads and sprouts should be added in our daily diet. Milk, buttermilk, wheat germ, vitamin a soyabean, yeast and diets containing proteins should also be included. The Ayurvedic specialist also suggest to avoid the consumption of junk food like burgers, pizzas, French fries and all the other fried stuffs and should make every effort to consume large amount of iron, vitamin C, Sulfur and vitamin B complex. It is also advisable to clean the hairs everyday with clinically proven shampoos because it increases the rotation of the follicles.
