This is the logic behind the dragon being constituted of many different creatures.
The body of the dragon is that of a snake, the tail is like that of a fish. It has fish scales, eyes like that of a demon, antlers like that of a deer and claws or talon like that of an eagle. According to some mythologies it can fly. The dragon has 5 toes but it is known that the dragon loses its toes as it goes away from its home. The Chinese dragon is claimed to have 4 toes but the imperial dragon is said to have 5 toes.
